COURAGEOUS CAREER CHANGE 12-WEEK PROGRAM

Online class starts May 21, 2019

• Explore your whole person goals

• Identifying obstacles both internal and external that are getting in the way of achieving your goals

• Learn strategies to overcome obstacles

• Receive self-reflective "lovework" to help with overcoming obstacles

• Gain clear actionable steps to Feeling confident

• Receive powerful guided imagery and targeted affirmations focused on what you want for every area of your life

• Practice exercises on self-awareness, self-love, self-compassion, self-acceptance

• Learn mindfulness and meditation practices centered on courage

• Learn more about the brain’s response to stress and key strategies for reducing nervousness as you make your career change

• Release your outdated beliefs and identity that you hold about yourself, others, and your abilities 

• Learn key emotion regulation and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you move in the direction of your goals of your courageous career change

• Identify motivation and commitment barriers and strategies to overcome inner blocks 

• Identify specific career goals and exploring career options

• Identify your strengths and transferable skills

• Create a clear career action plan

• Includes: weekly pre-recorded lessons (an invitation to join will be sent mid-May)

• Includes: Weekly Live Q&A with Rebecca, Tuesdays 6:15-6:45 pm via the private online forum

• Includes: an 18-page Career Coaching Workbook with guided assignments 

• Bonus: two 60-minute online group coaching sessions with Rebecca and the Courageous Community (one Saturday in June and one Saturday inn July) ($400 value)

• Bonus: A 30-minute Private Session with Rebecca via Skype along with a customized strategy to address your top life or career goal ($300 value)
