Rebecca Cooley is a Certified Master Coach and Instructor who integrates mindfulness and relaxation techniques in her coaching and consulting practice. For over ten years, Rebecca has been helping people feel more comfortable and confident with giving presentations, interviewing for jobs, transitioning to new careers, starting businesses, and even riding bicycles! She provides mindfulness and personal growth workshops throughout North Carolina and is the author of “A Mindful Approach to Coaching”. She is dedicated to helping people overcome obstacles, stay motivated, and achieve results.
