A little thanks goes a long way

Gratitude incorporated in your daily life is a powerful technique that helps you realize what you already have and what you want to maintain. It also keeps you focused on the prosperity of the present moment while you work toward future goals. A few ways you can incorporate gratitude:

  • Start and end your day with gratitude- Take a few minutes to think of 1 thing you are grateful for each morning and 1 thing you are grateful for each night.

  • Take time to express your gratitude toward someone in your life who you care about. Think of all the ways that person shows you kindness.

  • Take all opportunities to say "Thank you" or send a thank you card.
